The current official Pi repository belongs to Earendil Works GitHub Organization. The fixed MIT LICENSE credits Mario Zechner, 2025. Personal copyright attribution and current repository ownership are separate; current staff count, legal operator and controlling ownership remain unverified.

Pi is a minimal, extensible coding-agent harness. Fixed MIT source credits Mario Zechner; the current repository belongs to Earendil Works. Both native no-tools event-row contracts fail: fenced assistant text in both, with copied memo facts adopted in the boundary.

Official Pi Windows x64 1.0.2 ZIP SHA 37a2ee3c5222a73efc78b49f571748f11a74f4dbe160da3030a404da71f464e7 matches GitHub asset digest; fixed commit cd32f7725fdbddbaecdff5b1e68491563394e0ca. Unpatched pi.exe --print --mode json with synthetic stdin, frozen custom system instruction and separate PI_CODING_AGENT_DIR. Offline startup, no tools/extensions/skills/prompt templates/themes/context files/session persistence; retries/compaction off. No project-resource discovery; --no-approve is not a sandbox.

Fixed MIT software license credits Mario Zechner. Model/provider rights and pricing are separate. Existing cached local model in this pilot; no payment/trial/new weights. Configured zero model prices do not measure hardware, energy, setup or human review cost.

Both first native no-tools event-row contracts fail from fenced assistant text. The boundary also adopts 0/Aster from the copied memo. Native JSON event wrappers are separate from scored task text. Broader coding, extensions, connected workflows and general injection resistance remain untested.
