This notice describes implemented behavior and does not claim independent legal review. Online form reception is currently unavailable; downloaded drafts are not submitted.
Forms and drafts
Product submissions ask for a product name, official URL, description and optional email. Corrections ask for a page URL, proposed correction, evidence URL and optional email. Contact asks for email, subject and body. We use these fields only to process your submission and respond when needed. An unavailable receiver does not durably accept your inputs. Downloaded drafts remain on your device. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial or identity records.
Shortlists and operational data
A comparison shortlist is stored in localStorage on your browser. Clear it from the comparison bar or browser settings. When database reception is enabled, rate limiting uses salted request hashes with short expiry, not stored raw IP addresses. Hosting providers may process request logs under their own service terms; form contents are not printed by the application.
Optional analytics
Optional Vercel Web Analytics stays off until you choose Allow anonymous events. Your choice is stored in sessionStorage for this browser session and can be revoked below. When allowed, Vercel processes page paths, general device/region information and limited usage events. Event fields contain product IDs, predefined filters, counts and form types. URL queries and fragments are removed; search text, email and form content are excluded. Our pages send no referrer header. The current plan offers 12 months of viewable analytics history. A newsletter service is not enabled.
Storage, retention and your requests
The form retention period is awaiting confirmation. Durable online reception remains disabled until storage and deletion rules are configured. Contact messigoat147@gmail.com for privacy requests.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and provides optional Web Analytics. A production form storage provider has not been enabled. These services may process data outside your country and maintain operational logs under their own policies. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy and neon.com/privacy-policy. Data sent by direct email is handled through Gmail and its service policies; no automated marketing subscription is created.
