AIChat can help people comfortable with a terminal draft notices or rewrite selected text with an entitled local or hosted model. Two original workshop-notice cases ran once through the official native Windows CLI on 4 October 2026. Both complete contracts failed: the ordinary draft preserved facts and unknowns but missed exact heading capitalization; the boundary also added an incorrect UTC offset and omitted the required explanation that the copied memo was disregarded. Both first outputs and full conditions are retained unchanged. The tested route was an AI assistant in CMD mode; documented tools, agents, RAG, shell execution and publishing remain untested.
Native configuration reported temperature 0, but the real requests omitted temperature and the backend default was about 0.8. A deterministic temperature-zero test is not established. No paid provider, new model weights, subscription or trial was used; full hardware and review costs were not measured.
AIChat drafts text from local files with a chosen model. Review CLI setup, dual licensing and two native tests with format and timezone failures.
