What “platform support” really means
Separate native actions, third-party connectors, marketplace data and suitable exports.
Four distinct relationships
A native integration connects directly to a platform feature. A third-party connector provides a configured bridge. Marketplace data supports research about a platform. Content output describes an asset suitable for uploading; it does not establish an account connection.
Examples from reviewed profiles
Photoroom advertises direct Shopify publishing. Kalodata describes TikTok Shop market intelligence. OpusClip pricing lists posting to YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels on qualifying plans. The directory preserves those distinct relationships.
Generation versus publishing
A vertical video can fit a social destination without the software being able to publish it. An API may generate assets while a different permission controls posting or storefront changes.
What to verify
Confirm the plan, app identity, read/write scopes, supported fields, account eligibility and approval behavior. Check commercial output rights separately from export availability.
